Refund Policy for T-Shirts, Mugs, and Badges
Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or broken during shipping
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect on arrival
If any of the above applies:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email
- Share clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice
Once verified, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method via PhonePe. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to be credited to your account depending on your bank/payment provider.
We take pride in delivering high-quality customized T-shirts, mugs, and badges. Since these products are delicate, personalized, and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.
